Veckans fynd var när jag hade ärende upp till Birkastan och råkade se att Designer´s Guild hade ett showroom där och att de hade utförsäljning som de bara har 2 gånger per år. Jag frågade om de hade provböcker att sälja och då gick hon och plockade fram 8 stora bjässar med både tyg och tapetprover. Jag fick köpa dem för 20 kr styck vilket var ett mycket bra pris med tanke på att provbitarna är stora för böckerna är stora. Tunga och otympliga att frakta hem men väl värt det! Så de kan jag göra massa kul pyssel med framöver. Vi får se vad det blir!
Bargain of the week was when I made a trip up to Birkastan in Stockholm and happened to discover that Designer's Guild had a showroom there and that they had a sale as they have only two times per year. I asked if they had sample books to sell and then she went and brought up 8 big books both with fabric and wallpaper samples. I was able to buy them for only 20 SEK each, which was a very good price considering that the samples are big pieces when the books are huge. Heavy and awkward to carry home but well worth it! I can make lots of fun crafts with those. We'll see how I will use them!
